(TO2015), managing the online social media communities. This digital-savvy specialist will be responsible for digital content and communications related to website content and updates, public relations, social media, events, analytics, e-mail campaigns and other related areas.
Key Job Responsibilities
• Assist with implementation, setup, management and maintenance of various digital media channels including social media, websites, email campaigns, and others.
• Content creation - writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, communication materials and material for social media channels.
• Social media marketing – creating, managing and growing the TO2015 presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook and other strategically relevant online properties.
• Community management - day-to-day community management, fan engagement, page and content moderation, and general outreach including events and event planning – attending TO2015 and partner events (often outside of normal business hours).
• Communications/marketing strategy – responsible for creating strategic communications/ marketing plans to provide direction for the company’s public-facing digital and social media properties to drive audience development and engagement.
• Coordinate Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Marketing/Pay per Click and other related digital advertising activities.
• Promote and develop best practices for digital media governance, both internal and external. • Analytics – using measurement tools provide reports on metrics and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Account Manager, Corporate Programs is responsible for managing, prospecting, soliciting and negotiating cause marketing relationships with Canada’s leading community-minded corporations. Cause marketing is a business relationship that aligns the power of the corporate brand, marketing and people with a nonprofit cause’s brand and assets, to create shareholder and social value that can be publicly communicated. The Foundation’s national cause marketing programs provide an opportunity for corporate partners to reach out to a variety of audiences with important breast health and breast cancer information and to raise funds to support the Foundation’s mission. In addition, the programs provide corporate supporters an opportunity to make a positive impact on the cause, meet one or more corporate social responsibility objectives, enhance consumer loyalty initiatives, and engage employees and consumers in the cause.
This position within the Central Office Corporate Programs team will have responsibility for managing and growing an existing portfolio of corporate relationships, developing new business opportunities and developing new cause initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Programs, the Senior Account Manager is responsible for developing and stewarding a business targeted business plan for their portfolio, prospecting new corporate relationships, and managing a support staff member.
